Planning 1
Planning 1 includes the elements needed to get your proposal through planning.

The process starts with a site meeting so I can get to know your needs and wants for the design. This is a key stage in the process needed to evaluate exactly what I can create for you and what would work best for your property.
​
Once we have established what the proposed plan will include, a site survey is to be carried out with a full measure of the property and land adjacent.
​
Then it is down to me to create the perfect proposal. Once agreed this will be submitted to the local council for approval.
